Check-In Time: 4:00 – 6:00 pm
Dinner: 6:00 - 7:00 pm

You are welcome to arrive at the early check-in and have free time until dinner. The conference center provides a full course buffet with drink. We will have additional snacks and water available. Friday evening after our speaker, we will gather for hot chocolate and cider to sit around a bonfire. Whether you love to make smores or roast a marshmellow, this will be a great time for fellowship and laughter!
Saturday
Breakfast: 7:30 – 8:30 am

Lunch: 12 - 1:00 pm

$15.00 non-refundable deposit due November 9, 2008
Due to limited availability and room reservations,
deposit must be made in order to reserve your place.
Remaining balance $40.00 due January 18, 2009
Partial payments are accepted after a deposit is made as long as
the full registration fee is paid by January 18th.
The fee includes 1 night lodging (2 double beds/2 women per room), retreat booklet,
3 meals (Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast and lunch),
door prizes, bonfire and LOTS OF FUN!!!!
